FAQ
Do you supply the disk of photos?
Yes I do. With each package you get a disk of high res images with printing rights. I wouldn't reccomend going to your local chemist etc to print the images, as there is little point having beautiful images but printed poorly. I do offer printing and albums, if you wish. I also create an online slideshow for all clients with the options of adding vows - see here
Do you travel?
I love to travel and am available for destination weddings. I am quite often in New Zealand, America and Europe, so drop me a line even if you aren't in oz, you never know, I might be right around the corner from you.
Do you photograph the flowers and other details?
I have been there, and I know how much thought goes into the creative details of each wedding. I love the details! Flowers, shoes, dress, cufflinks, rings, centerpieces, I am careful to capture anything that you thought of
Do you offer a photo booth?
I do! The photobooth is an great way to capture your friends and family in a playful way. Makes a nice wedding favour too. I offer various backdrops and a few props (bring along some extra props) and let the mayhem begin. I will have someone at the booth while I am documenting the rest of the wedding.
What if it rains?
I will visit the venue, or location where we will be photographying your bride and groom portraits, before hand so that I can scope out the best spots for photos, come rain or shine. And hey, sometimes rain makes the shots that much more whismical and romantic.
Do you take formal photos?
Absolutely! I know how important these images are. I try to only take 10-15mins to get these images. My favorites always tend to be the relaxed shot I take right after the posed one. Sneaky! :-)
How long does it take to get our images?
Usually about 4-5 weeks, depending on the size and length of your wedding.
But to keep you going, I always post a preview in the first week after your wedding.
Will you pose us?
No. Bascially during your creative bride and groom photos, I will seek out the best light and backdrop for your images, and then let you guys have some time to enjoy being newly weds and I will click away.
What is a trash the dress shoot?
It is not literally to trash the dress. The shoot takes place after your wedding and is to simply take some glamous photos of you in the best dress you will ever wear. It can be done alone or with your groom. It is a great option if on your wedding day, you didn't get the weather you were hoping for, or you wanted your wedding photos at a unique loaction that was too far to go to on your wedding day. You can keep your dress clean or of course if you want to jump into the ocean, you can!
